OCC Ohana,

I will be out of town until early December, but our fitness classes will continue uninterrupted! Here is everything you need to know about the schedule changes, substitute instructors, and class offerings for the fall.

OCC Kapiolani Park Fitness Classes

Here are a few quick updates regarding our OCC Kapiolani Park fitness classes:

  • 9:30 a.m. Classes (Wednesdays & Fridays): Alana will be covering both sessions until Jill returns in December to teach the Wednesday class. These free classes are open to women of all ages.

  • 10:45 a.m. Friday Class: Alana will lead a weekly Balance & Fall Prevention class open to both men and women, directly following the 9:30 a.m. session.

New Participants: If you would like to join our strength and conditioning classes, please email Jill at gillianrowan@aol.com or fill out our contact form here to enroll. She will send you a brief PAR-Q questionnaire to ensure we tailor all exercises safely to your health needs.
